- Upgrading Items if listed in the items description for increasing amounts of gold.

Crewmembers can be recruited in any Freeport by speaking with the Crew Recruiter (5x Gold Coin to Recruit and 1x Gold Coin Upkeep per 1.7h). Crew can also be 'claimed' from Sunken Ship of the Damned wreckage.
