in the doghouse

In disgrace. The term alludes to sending a dog that misbehaves indoors to its outdoor kennel. It is of relatively recent origin, presumably from about 1900. In James Barrie’s Peter Pan (1904) Mr. Darling mistreats the children’s favorite, a dog named Nana, and in penance goes to live in the dog’s house.

Dog House Games For Girls

Sherry was born in Pawnee, Oklahoma, but moved to Oklahoma City at a very young age. She later became a mother and raised her two daughters, Abbey and Audra there. Sherry has always had a dog in her life, and because of her dad's love of hunting, she often had several. Sherry's love of dogs and business background have come together to create the dream and execution of building a dog care facility that pet owners would feel both comfortable and confident in leaving their beloved dogs. She strongly believes that dogs can do so much for people, and she plans to eventually implement a dog therapy program in which dogs work with children, elders, and critically ill patients on Hospice.
